SUMMARY:Calm under the Canopy
DESCRIPTION:Fri 7 Aug\, 3pm - 4.30pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvery month on a Friday
  afternoon\, a friendly group gathers with our resident Green Coach\, David
  Lynch\, to slow down\, pause\, and immerse themselves in the quiet beauty 
 of the woodlands of Wandlebury.  We wander gently into the denser vegetati
 on\, tuning into birdsong\, shifting light in the canopy\, and the small\, 
 joyful details that are so easily missed in daily life.  David offers simp
 le practices that invite stillness\, presence\, and a deeper connection wit
 h the natural world and with our own experience\, supporting us to unwind a
 nd rediscover a sense of ease.\n\nWith this renewed clarity\, we return to 
 the pop-up café to share stories\, exchange insights\, and form new friend
 ships. If you’d like to manage stress more naturally\, live life with gre
 ater appreciation\, and become part of a warm\, nature-connected community 
 at Wandlebury\, we’d love to welcome you.\nDavid is trained and experienc
 ed in guiding groups outdoors\, bringing together gentle nature-based pract
 ices\, ecotherapy principles\, and slow\, mindful movement.  Each gatherin
 g explores a fresh theme and builds on the shared wisdom of previous walks.
 \nThese events are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with pr
 evious experience.\nThey are offered in clusters of 3 walks for £50 per 
 person or 6 walks for £70 per person(concessions £40/£60). To book\, e
