DESCRIPTION:Tue 21 Jul – Fri 24 Jul\, 8.30am - 4pm.\nHoliday Bushcraft at
  Wandlebury is designed for children aged 5-14 and is run by experienced in
 structors from Wild Thyme & Embers\, who will inspire children and share th
 eir knowledge and skills of surviving in the wild. The sessions focus on pr
 actical bushcraft and survival skills and follow a forest school approach e
 ncouraging self-confidence and sense of achievement.\nAll basic bushcraft t
 echniques suitable for this age range will be taught\, including:​\n\nShe
 lter building\nKnots and rope work\nUse of cutting tools and whittling\nPla
 nt and tree recognition and uses\nSeasonal woodcrafts\nFire lighting techni
 ques\nWilderness cooking skills\nNatural art and crafts\nWoodland games\n\n
 The cost for each day is £48 per child. Please book via the Wild Thyme & E

  need to bring a packed lunch and large water bottle (which can be refilled
  throughout the day) and dress for the weather. Please send children with a
  change of clothes and ensure they wear suitable footwear\, preferably clos
 ed toe shoes such as hiking boots\, wellies or trainers.
