We’re pleased to share that Cambridge Past, Present & Future has been selected as a cause in the Co-op Local Community Fund.
This means that Co-op Members can now choose to support our work directly, simply by selecting us as their chosen cause in the Co-op app or online.
How it works
Each year, the Co-op shares £5 million between local causes across the UK. The more Co-op Members who choose a cause, the larger the share it receives.
The current funding round runs until 17 October 2026, and includes:
£500 in March 2026 to help kick-start our project
A final grant in November 2026, based on how many members have chosen us during the year
There’s no extra cost to members, it’s simply a way of directing existing Co-op community funding to a cause you care about.
Why it matters
Support from the Co-op Local Community Fund will help us continue caring for Cambridge’s green spaces, heritage sites, and landscapes, places that people use every day, often without realising the work that keeps them protected.
It’s a small action that adds up to something meaningful.
