Archaeology Drop-In

May 06 – May 09. 10.30am- 3pm

Watch archaeology dig in action and find out about 2,000 years of history! Free, just turn up.

Cambridge University Department of Archaeology and the Cambridge Archaeological Unit are returning to Wandlebury Country Park to carry out digs and discover more of its fascinating history.

You will be able to watch the digs and speak to trainee archaeologists to find out what they are doing, what they have found and what they know, from past and recent finds, about the site’s history and iron age archaeology.

The dig sites will be inside the ring wall area and signposted. 

Free and no need to book – just drop-in.
