Bourn Windmill Open Day

Sun 14 September 2pm-4.30pm – East Anglian Mills Society (TEAMS) Open Day
Bourn Windmill is the oldest surviving windmill in the country. Set in beautiful scenery, it was built during the reign of King Henry VIII!
Once a month during the summer, Bourn Windmill is opened and guides will show you how the windmill works and tell you the history of this fascinating building.
Not only can you see inside, you can also have a go at the incredible task of turning the whole windmill on its post – an amazing experience.
Bourn Windmill is owned by local charity CambridgePPF and run by dedicated volunteers.
Tea and cakes available to purchase.
Members free, non-members £4 adult, £1 per child.
