Calm under the Canopy

Every month on a Friday afternoon, a friendly group gathers with our resident Green Coach, David Lynch, to slow down, pause, and immerse themselves in the quiet beauty of the woodlands of Wandlebury. We wander gently into the denser vegetation, tuning into birdsong, shifting light in the canopy, and the small, joyful details that are so easily missed in daily life. David offers simple practices that invite stillness, presence, and a deeper connection with the natural world and with our own experience, supporting us to unwind and rediscover a sense of ease.
With this renewed clarity, we return to the pop-up café to share stories, exchange insights, and form new friendships. If you’d like to manage stress more naturally, live life with greater appreciation, and become part of a warm, nature-connected community at Wandlebury, we’d love to welcome you.
David is trained and experienced in guiding groups outdoors, bringing together gentle nature-based practices, ecotherapy principles, and slow, mindful movement. Each gathering explores a fresh theme and builds on the shared wisdom of previous walks.
These events are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with previous experience.
They are offered in clusters of 3 walks for £50 per person or 6 walks for £70 per person

Each walk concludes at the pop-up café, where we pause together, reflect on the experience, and continue building a sense of community.
