Every month on a Friday afternoon, a friendly group of the mindfully curious meets up with our resident Mindful Green Coach, David Lynch, to learn and practise the art of mindful meditation in nature. We meander into the denser vegetation, turning our attention to birdsong, to the light in the canopy and the joyful detail of each passing moment. Our coach leads guided meditations to help us to connect with nature and with our individual experience, helping us to de-stress. With renewed energy and clarity, we share our stories at the pop-up café and make new friends. David is a trained and experienced meditation teacher. He specialises in leading groups outdoors combining mindfulness-based stress reduction with ecotherapy and gentle exercise. The art of mindfulness is a life-long journey and as such each gathering brings a fresh theme and builds on the wisdom of the previous.  

These events are suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators. 

They are offered in clusters of 3 walks at £40 per person or 6 walks at £60 per person (concessions £30/£50).
