Life can feel relentlessly busy, and carving out time for yourself often slips to the bottom of the list. Yet slowing down, breathing deeply, and immersing yourself in nature are powerful ways to support your overall wellbeing helping to reduce stress and foster a deep sense of calm.
Led by Beckie, a trained Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, these gentle outdoor mini retreats offer a nourishing pause from life’s pressures. Held within the school day, they give you the perfect window for restorative me-time. without the kids even noticing.
At Wandlebury, you’ll be guided through meditation, mindfulness practices, and elements of forest bathing to help quiet your mind and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and open up to new possibilities in the soothing embrace of nature.
Please dress for the weather and bring a notebook and pen.
