Seeking school database volunteer

We run a popular outdoor education programme for schools at Wandlebury, which every year helps 2,000 children have fun learning about their local nature and history. We are looking for a volunteer to help us update our school contact database so that we can continue to work with schools.

This is a task that you can do at home or at our office at Wandlebury (weekdays only). We estimate it will take around 50 hours of time and would need to be completed by the start of January.

It will involve checking the contact details we hold for schools to ensure that we still have correct contact details for them. Schools change their contact details because they close or merge, or change their main contact number, or new schools open. The work will mostly involve visiting school websites and occasionally contacting them via email – and then updating an Excel spreadsheet.

If you would like to volunteer to help or would like more information, please contact Nicola via admin@cambridgeppf.org or 01223 243830.

The best way to support our work is to join us as a Member or Patron, or make a donation.

Members get free entry to heritage open days at all our sites, plus free car parking at Wandlebury & special partner discounts. Find out more below.
