Membership & Fundraising Coordinator
Part-time, 18 hours per week | £28,000 FTE | Wandlebury Country Park
We are seeking a Membership & Fundraising Operations Coordinator. This is a post that will help ensure that the systems behind our work are robust and resilient.
This role safeguards the processes that protect CPPF’s unrestricted income and supporter relationships. Combining membership administration, CRM management, donor stewardship and event communications support, you will ensure that supporter data is accurate, renewals and Direct Debits are managed reliably, and income-generating activity runs smoothly.
Working with autonomy and precision within a small, collaborative team, you will play a key role in maintaining financial stability and operational resilience. From managing membership records to overseeing memorial and sponsorship products, you will ensure that core income infrastructure is consistent, compliant and professionally delivered.
If you value accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement, and want your work to underpin meaningful impact across Cambridge, we would love to hear from you.
