Membership & Fundraising Coordinator
Part-time, 18 hours per week | £28,000 FTE | Wandlebury Country Park
This is a pivotal role at the heart of CPPF’s income and supporter relationships.
As Membership & Fundraising Coordinator, you will take ownership of the systems and processes that sustain our membership base, nurture supporter trust, and protect vital unrestricted income. From managing renewals and payments to maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting donor stewardship, your work ensures everything runs smoothly, reliably, and with integrity.
You will be the quiet engine behind our financial resilience, bringing precision, consistency, and care to every interaction and data point. Working within a small, agile team, you will collaborate across the organisation while holding clear responsibility for the strength and continuity of our core income infrastructure.
This role suits someone who takes pride in operational excellence, values accuracy and accountability, and enjoys being trusted to own and improve essential systems that make meaningful work possible.
If you value accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement, and want your work to underpin meaningful impact across Cambridge, we would love to hear from you.
