Corporate Partnerships
Rutherford’s Punting proudly supports Cambridge PPF’s invaluable mission to safeguard the rich history, green spaces, and community spirit of Cambridge.
Cambridge Stove Installations loves supporting Cambridge PPF because of the positive impact it has locally, it allows everyone to enjoy the beautiful outdoors that Cambridgeshire has to offer, along with a really positive environmental impact.
As a business operating in the Cambridge area you will be keen, like us, to help care for Cambridge and its landscape so that you and your staff, suppliers and clients can continue to live and work in an area that has fantastic green spaces and heritage to enjoy. As an independent charity we rely on grants, donations and gifts to fund all our work to protect the beauty of Cambridge and are looking for new corporate partners.
Show how much your business cares about the local area by supporting our charity with volunteering or by becoming a corporate partner from as little as £1,000 a year.
Our corporate partners can choose from the following benefits:
- Annual programme of exclusive group volunteering days
- Recognition of your company’s support on Cambridge PPF marketing literature – print and online
- Sponsorship opportunities such as our nature and heritage campaigns or community events such as Cambridge Nature Festival which started in 2022 and reaches 20,000 people over 85+ events each June
- Reduced rates on private hire of our stables education centre
- Nature conservation expertise as part of your special events such as a walk and talk about habitat and wildlife conservation, how to Identify seasonal wildlife or the history of Wandlebury
- Late night opening or special exclusive events at our venues
If we have availability we also offer exclusive group volunteering days between October and April for groups of up to 25 people. Full training is given and insurance provided.
To cover our staff, equipment and operational costs we ask for a suggested minimum donation of £30 per person for companies who aren’t corporate partners.
Typical Volunteering Opportunities:
1. Restoring and managing woodland to capture carbon and improve habitat
2. Improve flower meadows and hay making
3. Lay new hedges

Corporate Group Volunteering
Bookings are now closed until further notice.
I just wanted to say a big thank you from everyone here at Harness Therapeutics for such an enjoyable day yesterday. It was great to have lots of activities to get involved with and seeing many people’s skills develop over the day particularly with the wood chopping and dead hedge building. We are a little bit achy today but thoroughly pleased to have contributed to the upkeep of such a beautiful place, just down the road from us. Hope to see you again next year.
Our corporate volunteer scheme has been incredibly popular and a huge help to our team, enabling our wardens to achieve so much more while also raising valuable funds for our charity. Due to overwhelming demand, we are now fully booked for the year ahead and will not be taking any further bookings at this time.
We are working towards introducing an online booking system for future years. In the meantime, if you would like to be added to our waitlist or receive updates from us, please email development@cambridgeppf.org.
Thank you to all the fantastic corporate teams who have supported us—we truly appreciate your help in caring for our green spaces!
