Venue & Facilities

Our Outdoor Education Centre is located in a beautiful and private meadow surrounded by trees.

The Education Centre has a classroom, hand-washing, bag/coat storage and equipped kitchen. Log burning stove for visits during autumn and winter.

Large marquee with picnic benches provides additional undercover space.

Private area for activities and relaxed lunchtime and play.

Toilets, including wheelchair accessible* toilet.

Parking for coaches and cars.

On-site Warden team.

All our activities are risk-assessed.

* Wandlebury Country Park has limited wheelchair access and most education activities involve being off a surfaced path. However we have an off-road mobility scooter which can be hired for free if booked in advance. If you are thinking of bringing a child that uses a wheelchair please contact us.

We charge schools a competitive price for the activities and facilities that we offer in order to recoup some of the costs. However this not does cover the full costs of the programme, which is subsidised by the charity - largely through individual donations.
